Which logo should be used in the Rowel for President Glenn?

Vote by email to philpblaw@sunset.net.  So far the voting is favoring the teacher image.

FUTURE MEETINGS:

July 8th:  Dave Jessen will present a program about Camp Grizzly.

July 15th:  Glenn Pulliam will conduct a Club Assembly.

July 22nd:  Roy Ellis will have the Camp Royal students present to talk about their experiences.

July 29th:  District Governor, Jim Campbell and his wife Linda will be visiting.

Ged reports that the BCCC will not be available 9/2, 9/23, 11/4 and 12/9.  Any ideas on where we can meet.  Perhaps Dar can do a Football meeting on one of the last two.

President Glenn, in keeping with recent tradition, missed his first meeting as president.  Since the meeting was a Harvest Festival planning session, past president Steve Greenwood opened the meeting and that he asked Mike Crump to do the pledge, which he did.  Andy farrar offered the invocation.

I was in Yreka, on business, all week and missed the meeting.  Jim Kirks, who usually takes notes when I am not there, was also out of town.  Jim Patterson volunteered to take notes, but we had a technically glitch.  None of my programs could open the files he forwarded.  Thanks anyway Jim.  Steve Greenwood did send some information along with the work schedule for the Harvest Festival.

VISITING ROTARIANS & GUESTS

Visitors introduced by Dan Davis were Nancy Fox – Chico Noon Club, Karl Diekman Woodland (Future 5160 DG in 3 years) and Cindy Foor – Chico Noon.

All the visitors were sitting at one table; the other two tables were assessed $1.00. New Sergeant at Arms Barbara Gaskin was asked to collect the fine, but she did not have the collection box in her possession. The box was located and given to Barbara.

NEXT MEETING

The next meeting will be Dave Jessen presenting a program about Camp Grizzly.

Ged Andrusaitis asked all members to suggest any programs of interest for future dates.
